    • damage to your insured property whilst being worked upon for restoration, cover is subject to a sub-limit and an excess of 10 per cent of the damage is applicable to each claim
    • defective title, if you make a purchase in good faith and do not receive good title, insurer will indemnify you for loss including legal costs up to a limit of $40,000 any one loss and in the aggregate in the policy period.
